The Compliance Officer provided a copy of the Notice of Inspection to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The DES Contact Group size was in compliance at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but are not limited to: *The diaper changing table can not be moved around. It must stay stationary near the diaper changing hand sink. *The lesson plan has to be posted for opening hours each week. *Reminder that all of the children's personal products must be labeled with their first and last names. *Accident Evacuation Emergency Plan. | |||
