I have used this provider for more than 6 months
This place Needs to be shut down. For one, the owner is never there! For 2 my child was asked by the employee to hide if state comes, what kind of place does that? 3, they take kids to an employee's house when they have reached a capacity. My kids have been to the employees house several ti.Es and even showed me where she luvesTheployees have favorites. The owner only favors her grandson that lives there and he is the biggest troublemaker. The manager favors anybody who is nice the particular day. The other girl doesn't even speak English! You can never get straight answers from any of those people about pricing. One day it's 100 the next is 150. I have made complaints and even the state board has had several issues with this daycare and they are currently under investigation.
So,
I've used the daycare and at first I was iffy. The owner is loud but really nice and personable. She
Understands when I need some extra time to pay my bill and never gives me a hard time. She potty trains kids and All the kids love her.
The workers are nice. brittny is really great with the parents and the kids. You can see that her and the owner have a great open relationship and the owner can fall back on brittny with trust. I have all my questions answered without hesitation.
The other lady is good with the kids and patient to. Overall my kids are not afraid to be there. They love me Amy and Amy loves them. I have no idea who may have ran this place before but now it's good
Wish I didnt have to give it any stars. My kids have never gone there but I pulled up to the gas pumps at circle k on 22nd. The logo for the daycare was on both doors of the truck with one of the daycare kids left alone in the backseat with the windows down. Noone was in the car with the boy until a lady came out of the store and got in the car. If a daycare probider will leave a child unattended in a car then I definitely do not want her watching my kids or anyone elses.
This daycare is unsafe. Its way passed its maximum capacity. They keep all ages together in one room. The owners grandchildren bully the other kids. They do not educate children.they yell at the kids all day. They speak in a rude manner to the children. The owner is very unprofessional! When it's nap time the staff sleeps with the children. The staff are ypung girla who are on their phones everytime i walked in. They do not greet the parents or even talk to them for that matter until they are addrressed. Overall this daycare is a very poor and sad place!
