| Children were not adequately supervised at all times. Upon my arrival I observed a preschool group on the preschool playground. Many of the children were on or by the stationary equipment between the fencing and stationary equipment and both teachers were sitting at a picnic table talking to one another and were not positioned in the outdoor environment to maximize their ability to hear or see the children at all times and render assistance. | |||
