This is a company who does not pay staff. If they do, it is often months late. They use nepotism to push staff out. They do not provide health benefits or w2 to their staff.

At Shaping Tomorrow, 2e utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to provide an all inclusive child care setting for children between the ages of 1 and 6 years old. What makes us different? Behavior supports are available for children as needed and programmed throughout the center proactively; Staff are trained to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other similar Developmental Disabilities; Collaboration with any service providers such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, etc.; and Ongoing supervision of all programming and lesson planning by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst .
