On the side pouch of the black bag there were 3 bottles of prescription medications, on another pouch there was a bottle of pain reliever, assorted caplets and a folded up pocket knife. The black bag was accessible to the children in care. The provider moved the black bag during the inspection to an area that is inaccessible to children in care. There is a hot tub on the premises. The hot tub was not locked and the LS opened up the lid to the hot tub and there was hot water, as steam was seen coming out of the tub, in it. The provider is to place a locking mechanism on the hot tub within 48 hours and send a picture to the LS.
