There is a green mesh that is being used as a barrier to pipes that are located in the backyard. Part of the mesh has fallen down and the pipes are accessible to children in care. The provider is to fix the mesh so that the children may not have access to it. The provider is to let the LS know when this is done. The provider will have two days to fix the mesh and one day to remove the exesaucer from the roof of the play house.
