She has been in business for a little over 3 years. She's a great person with good intentions but I think she needs more experience. Had my son of just a year old there for 3 months and resulted with multiple diaper rashes because she said she missed him going #2. She also made me feel responsible that she got in trouble for keeping my son after 5:30 after I told her that would be happening more often. I didn't like it. Last straw was this final diaper rash was the worse I've seen since being a mom again after 13 years. I think, again, she needs more practice with everything that comes with caring for kids.
