The owners sister is her assistant, Melissa, and she yelled at my one year-old worse than I’ve ever heard anybody yell. He pushed another kid which happened to be the owners daughter age 5, and then Melissa, that sister of the owner started yelling. When confronted them with the issue, they apologized and said that Melissa was out of line. When I asked if it’s going to be a regular occurrence, or if this was her having a bad day, they terminated, saying that my child was dangerous and violent and couldn’t be in the daycare anymore. I reported them to the state and it was found guilty that they had yelled at him inappropriately and they had to create an action plan to. I guess do better. Just letting people know that they yell at your kids in an inappropriate manner.
