Plan: Another staff person (owner/director) arrived at the center shortly after licensing's arrival and took the unqualified staff person's place; therefore two qualified staff were with the 22 children. Staff/child ratios will be met and maintained all time with only qualified staff working with children.

One staff person in room with 22 children, ages six and older. A second person in the room could not be counted in ratios due to not meeting qualifications; background check request has not been submitted and the person has not been fingerprinted.
