Staff/child ratios were not met for three classrooms as follows: 2 year olds and older classroom had 9 children present with 6 children two years old; 3 year old and older classroom had 5 children present; one staff person was in charge of both rooms and was sitting in the doorway between the rooms. A third classroom had 7 children to one staff, this included 2 infants, 2 one year olds, and 2 two year olds. |
