The provider also admitted during the telephone conversation that her grandson, who is also under 2 years old, was present with his mother.

These noncompliance's were observed to be corrected on January 23, 2019.

On the initial day of the mandatory review inspection, 1/17/19 , there was only one of the two enrolled children under two years old in care. The provider is in process of completing the Additional Adult training requirements. The child who is under two years old and was not in care today will not return to provider's care until 1/22/19. The Additional Adult is in the process of completing the application requirements. The two family child care children under 2 years old were enrolled on 5/30/17 and 8/27/18. The provider admitted during the telephone call, made to schedule the conversion inspection, that the 2 day care children under two years old were in her care when the appointment was made. The provider's grandson, also under 2 years old, was present with his mother.
