Findings: The pool gate has a self closing and self-latching mechanism but the gate was not self closing and latching when tested today. When opened the gate swings closed but it doesn't latch. The provider stated that they had a person from "Long Fence" out to check with the gate and they recommended adding cables, which was done. The provider needs to make the gate is self closing and self-latching. The gate was locked and should be kept locked. There is no alarm in the pool. The provider states she asked her last Lic. Spec. for consultation on the alarm but didn't receive any guidance. The alarm was discussed today and is required. Please forward written corrective action within 30 days indicating that the pool has an alarm in it and that the gate is self closing and self latching. Provider can forward a video or Lic. Spec. can return to see that the gate is working properly.
