The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection The following was discussed but, not limited to: 1. Children’s sign-in and out records. 2. Children's Emergency Information and Immunization records and telephone authorization code. 3. Staff attendance records. 4. Accessible drinking water. 5. Monthly fire drills. 6. Classroom rosters. 7. Notification of pesticides. 8. Child abuse and neglect- mandated reporter. 9. Written approval for personal products supplies by the facility. 10. Children with special needs and in the individualized plan. 11. Discipline and guidance procedures. 12. Written accident, evacuation, and emergency plans. 13. Notifying parents and documenting injuries. 14. Illness and infestation log. 15. Medication procedures. 16. Transportation and Field Trip Procedures. 17.
