All medication forms will be kept in binders in the classroom and in the office area. The director, assistant director and administrative assistant are the only employees who administer prescription medications.

Plan: Mrs. Damron corrected the ratio for the classroom that was understaffed while worker was present. Worker confirmed classrooms were in ratio in both the understaffed classroom and the classroom the child was moved to. Mrs. Damron provided roster for both classrooms.
