Communication is nonexistent, raises their rates every year to "help pay their staff so they don't leave" but then posts jobs for 14/hour and wonders why they can't get anyone. They say they care about families but their actions show they clearly don't. Money hungry is all its about. Go somewhere else.
Chaos, poor response to children's needs, lack of leadership and qualifications, failure to adequately instruct young children on problem solving
