A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. In Space #2 there were PVC pipes under the sink that were broken and sharp. In Space # 3 there was, in the dramatic play area, a sink that the faucet had broken off of leaving sharp pointed screws exposed. in the outdoor learning environment, there was a pile of leaves against the fence area where the toddler children play which, due to the amount of them could be unsafe due to animals being in the piles or children climbing up the pile making the fence not at least 4 feet high. There also were some drainage issues that due to the rain left a substantial amount of standing water. | |||

When three year old children and older were in care, the materials and equipment in the activity area was not in sufficient quantity to allow at least three children to use the area regardless of whether the children choose the same or different activities. In the classroom where the children two and three years old were located there were only two activities for children to play/work with in the Language area. |
