On 7.15.26, I handed my paperwork for proof of purchase to a staff and an ROS, for liability insurance and proof of purchase for Puzzle Palace Academy. I showed and provided a video, however, ROS said it was not present when clearly on camera we had proof that it was handed over. The required proof of purchase documentation for the fire detection devices has been provided to OCDEL and is maintained on file. |
