They fill classrooms up because they are allowed to do so. That’s not what’s best for the kids. Instead of putting a reasonable amount of children in the classrooms, they seem to want to fill it with as many kids as possible.
Also, there’s always new teachers coming in and older teachers leaving. It’s not consistent. Kids need a consistent teacher every single day and some teachers only last about a week. Thats terrible for the kids. They get no consistency or structure that way.
Final note. Sometimes the director gets snippy. That is not professional in the slightest.
