My son attended this daycare for less and a week. Two days in a row my child had an incident and the staff was unable to determine what happened. On the first day he got a scratch on his nose which I didn’t make a big deal of. The second day he had a big cut around is neck and 6 staff was present and none of them was aware of how it occurred. I took a picture of it first of all and bring it to Ms. Alley the manager attention. She stated that she is unsure of how the incident happened. I took my child in my arms to observed the cut which was still bleeding as if It happened in less than a 30 minutes. I took my child to the doctor right after I left the daycare and the doctor requested that the daycare complete a report of the incident. The manager Ms. Alley was very upset about me taking my child to the doctor and she told me the following day that she can’t take my child back at the daycare. She refused to write the incident report and when she finally did over a week after it was all lies. She disclosed in the report that I was the one who injured my child and she asked me to sign the report unbelievable, plus she let all the staff signed it as witnesses. Thankfully I record the phone conversation we had the same day while I was in the doctor office waiting for my son to see the doctor. She was on the phone apologizing about the incident with my son and she notified me that she felt bad about it especially not knowing how the incident happened with my son. Please be careful of which daycare you put your child because this was my worst experience and to see in the end they tried to accuse me of the wrong they have done to my child hurt me even more. I leave it to God. I also learn my lesson to choose carefully moving forward.
