I honestly don't even want to give this establishment a 1 star, when it deserves 0. My daughter went to this school for about 2 years and throughout these 2 years the owner Mrs. Charles has been the most difficult nastiest woman to deal with. I came to her for reassurance that my baby would be in great hands. I've called about numerous complaints regarding my baby coming home soaking wet out of her clothes due to not being changed on top of helping potty trained like she mentioned her staff would do, this establishment changes staff every few weeks to a month in which is terrible for kids because they aren't comfortable & as def isn't comfortable as a parent seeing new faces every other week. Even once my baby was potty trained she would still have a multiple of "accidents" in which at home she doesn't ever have accidents.. come to find out my baby would ask to use the bathroom & her staff wasn't taking her when asked. Another issue about this school was simply there's more parties than learning AND establishment isn't big enough nor keep staff to have the kids age divided properly. This school takes kids up to 13 i believe and ALL the kids are together instead of being broken up into classes. I just recently pulled my daughter out due to an employer calling me personally to let me know also on video of the OWNER Mrs. Charles chastising yelling and manhandling not only my child but a few other kids for crying. On top of that i noticed my child would come home hungry some days and the employee once pulled me to the side asking if my daughter could have yogurt, i never thought to ask why until this incident came about & basically if my child didn't eat what they were serving, she just wouldn't eat so the employee was so sweet and compassionate making sure my daughter was eating something until I pick her up. I've confronted Mrs. Charles and her staff involved & she admitted to her wrong doings after stating she did commit these acts because allegedly my daughter was hitting other kids... I know my child & know her capability and hitting for no reason surely isnt her, i dont even hit her. IF any child is putting their hands on anyone there should be a disciplinary form the day of the incident given to the parent/guardian to be signed to get on top of the issue. There was NEVER any complaints or anything ever sent home about my kid.. Therefore, Mrs. Charles is full of it! No excuse whatsoever to mistreat ANYONES child! After this incident she fired this employee due to her contacting me and other parents about this matter and also harassed this young lady letting her know she was "messing up her money".. everything is about money with this owner and never about the kids! One of her current employee Ms. Marie is the sweetest. She reached out via text and phone call after this accident because she knew this was true & literally tried to assure me my baby could personally stay with her just so i know she's okay. She also apologized for everything and asked what she could do. I overall wasn't comfortable anymore nor felt she would be safe due to the owners remarks when approached. I'm traumatized by this experience, I dont wish this on any parent. You want to feel secure and know your child is in a good hands while you're at work or simply just not with them. I pray no parents get the call I got regarding their kid at daycare.
