Our mission at the Edward Byrne PAL Center is to provide youth with a safe & healthy learning environment through education, recreation and the arts. Located in South Jamaica Queens, The Edward Byrne Center is home to an excellent dance program and competitive boys and girls basketball. Edward Byrne is committed to community building and operates programs such as Cops & Kids Boxing, Volleyball, Karate and Dee Jay classes. The Edward Byrne Center empowers the youth to build character and set life long goals and is definitely "A Place to Grow".
