Description: Phillips County Developmental Center's daycare program is licensed by Arkansas Department of Human Services. Our mission is to provide quality services to children at an affordable cost. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided and transportation is also available. Our staff consist of certified professionals and paraprofessioinals. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 5:00 pm.
