I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have used Peoria Avenue for the better of 13 years, I was a foster parent for several years and I’m beyond pleased with the service they provide. I’ve been in other schools while waiting for a space to come available and none compare to the personal touch the owner has with the children. Thank you PAP for all you do for the children in Peoria and surrounding cities.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

worst experience ever. so rude to the point where I could not listen to her anymore. teachers in ones and twos do not know how to put a smile on their faces. my child told me she does not want to go there. its all about first impression. it wasn't even lunch time and I walked by the tables and chairs it was dirty. they push kids and yell at them. go with your guts and trust your instinct. its all about first impression.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I don't like that my son gets a bad boy note every week because he is a 4year old and he isn't even a bad kid! I've asked and asked of ways to fix the problem to management and there was no resolution. The teacher just doesn't like my kid she just has her favorite kids! All the rest of the kids get bad boy notes. The manager s are nice but don't fix the problem! And I get bad boy notes at least 2 times a week because my son doesn't naps. I pay to have them watch my kid and all they do is complain about watching my kid. I wish we could just fix the problem but they refuse. U can only keep a kid quite for so long... All you have to do is do your job and watch kids and try to teach them something. My son had never gotten a bad note till he went to the 4s class. Its just getting ridiculous at this point!
