I have two children that are currently enrolled @ Penrose Academy. My children have been enrolled since the centers grand opening. The care that my family receives from this childcare facility is unmatched, very family like environment. I hope to continue to have positive, kind, friendly, & loving educational interactions with this facility!

My daughter has attended Penrose Academy since July 2023 and it is the best choice I have made for my daughter. She absolutely LOVES her school. She is excited to go every morning and sad to leave at pick up time. Her Teachers treat her like family. She is four years old and knows how to read!!! Their Montessori curriculum has helped to become more independent at home! We love Penrose Academy and would recommend this school to any family looking for a great place to send their child for great care and education!
The front-desk personnel is very unprofessional and not welcoming. She has a very nasty attitude. I don't think you guys should provide an entire 13 page application to people if you don't have the availability. Work with a list then have them fill out the application if successful.
When I walk in there, I can see the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. However, against my better judgment, I completed the visit with my son and daughter-in-law for my grandson. The director informed her that she had a spot for my grandson. But I could tell they were intimidated with my questions. After a week of no communication, although we called. We were told we had to speak with the director, and the director said needed to speak with the coordinator. I called back and whoever answered the phone said they don't have a coordinator. We got the run around for over a week. Therefore, I emailed my complaint. Shortly after my email, they sent a letter denying my grandson enrollment. However, the letter in the email stated another child's name on the letter. Talking about HIPAA. This is not the place for any of my bundles of joy, and I thank God the staff revealed themselves however, I am sorry my grandson was left there for the 2 hour sit-in visit alone ????
