I have been a provider in Hillsborough County for over 30 years. The people that were involved in the incident was terminated on the spot. I train my staff to serve our children at 100%. When that is not done they are immediately released from employment with this company. We give the best service and I do employ some of the best staff around. I am very sorry this happened to your child however not in my wildest imagination would I have ever thought that this would happen at my center. Please remember that there are no perfect centers and to discredit a facility that you have never once step foot into is amazing. You can't even tell us what the inside of the facility look like yet we served you still at 100%. I am sure if those lady's could turn back the hands of time they would do things different and follow company procedures and policies. Please understand that God kept your daughter and she was returned to you safely not harmed. These ladies lives will never be the same as they are not allowed to work with children ever again. They must start a new career. I am so very sorry for any public or mental experiences you might have had. Please forgive us because God has already done that. I would never intentionally cause harm to any child in my care. I am wishing you and your child the best in the future and I truly hope that you have found that perfect center that has no flaws or that has never be cited for any violations.
