I Do Not Recomend this daycare to nobody , the first week my baby came home with a chip tooth and they said that he couldn’t have had it happen there because they have coushing out side on the play grounds and the incident report didn’t match nothing that was reported then boom the next week he ended up with scratches etc then boom another week go by my baby has a BIG ASS KNOT in the back of his head at that point I was fed up I cursed they ass out and REMOVED MY BABY!!!! And I will be reporting they ass to child care because these reviews are SAD ASL !
Upon reading these reviews I have realized that as manager,this is a bad reflection and portrayal of the facility. A staff meeting was held and all parents concerns addressed. We are dedicated to our profession as a whole and work to try and resolve all issues and problems. I in the future hope that all my parents have a pleasant experience at the facility, but realize it is not always possible, but will be dedicated to make that happen.
Everyone has there own opinion and am here to give mine, my children attend this daycare my oldest is 11 youngest 2 I've never had an issue with bruises,scratches, or anyone hitting my children i found out about this daycare when my oldest child was 5 years old (2010) and they have been there every since.and i pay close attention to everything as a matter of fact ill be going there today at 5:30 to pick up my kids and if it was that bad why not report it to the authorities??? just my opinion.
This daycare needs a new manager! Some of the teachers are very sweet and caring but some are not. The director screamed at my child (and other children) in a way I would never talk to him! She spoke bad about my child's father in front of myself, other teachers, and my son. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone! Some of the employees need to be fired!
My son attended this daycare facility and cried every morning and evening. I thought it would pass ithis never did. I started to pay close attention to their services. One day my son came home complaining a teacher was hitting him in the back. I spoke with the director she advised the teacher would never do such a thing. I immediately removed my child. Then I had a friend have the same thing happened with two of her kids. She said her child had marks on her. She asked the director about it she said they will provide an incident report. My friend said the incident report and what they told her did not match. She removed her children. If you choose to take your kids here pay close attention to everything.
This location needs to be shut down! I'm surprised to see not too many have complained. I have tried addressing multiple concerns with staff members and they have an attitude.My kids don't want to go to this daycare anymore. They DO NOT know how to communicate with parents. They are constantly screaming at there kids and will always say that your kid is lying. It got to the point where there is a 11 year old daughter of a staff member that is a bully and when I initially approached her I was advised that she cannot separate after schoolers. This week I had to addressed to Ms. Sandy that she has no authority to throw out my kids item,and today my son tells me he doesn't want to go to daycare tomorrow. There are 1-2 people out of the bunch that are okay, but at tge end of the day when discussing an incident they become offensive and give an attitude as if they cannot handle a basic conversation. I have witnessed parents making complaints and must say they do not care. Why work in a daycare if you can't or enjoy working with kids????
This has to be the worst day care. These people never call you when something happens to your child. My daughter left there scrapped and with bruised gums because she was pushed off the slide and they never called me, also picked her up with bruise on her face and they tried saying it was a rash. Also the "teachers" are very ghetto and rude. My daughter lasted 3 weeks and I pulled her. They are very under staffed and Uncaring.
