During the investigation, the provider acknowledged a child climbed out of a crib during nap time and accessed a bottle of medication that was accessible in the bathroom. Resolution: All medicines will be stored out of reach and inaccessible to children. In addition, the provider will have a staff member sit in a chair outside of the napping room with the door open allowing children to be within sight and sound of staff. | |||
