Findings: Supervision Concerns, Licensing Requirements, Record-Keeping Concerns. There were concerns that this provider was operating with more children than allowable without a license. The health department observed 10 children on-site during their investigation. Additionally, the provider was unable to provide records for enrolled children for the month of July 2026. Additionally, when the health department arrived, a child opened the door and the provider was unavailable for a few minutes. Resolution: The Department ended this provider's participation with ICCP for failing to provide child records and attendance sheets. The provider was sent notice to obtain a state of Idaho daycare license before resuming operations. At a follow-up investigation, Asha had 6 children on-site and supervision was in compliance at the time.
