Correction Required: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). SAFETY PLAN: The operator is required to submit to the Children and Youth Agency a plan of supervision or alternate arrangement as required by the Child Protective Services Law. Noncompliance Area: On 1/24/25, the heater attached to the wall near the entry way was mounted on the wall accessible to children and was hot to the touch. The temperature of the heater registered 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

Noncompliance Area: During the renewal inspection, certification representative conducted a facility walk through and there were no labels on the cribs and children were not on the correct cots assigned to them. The cribs did not have 2ft of space on 3 sides.

Correction Required: Individual, clean, age-appropriate rest equipment shall be provided for preschool, toddler and infant children as agreed between the parent and the operator. The rest equipment must be labeled with the child's name and used only by the named child while enrolled in the program. At least 2 feet of space is required on three sides of a bed, cot, crib or other rest equipment while the equipment is in use.
