Plan: Director will work with owner to get the slide removed and get another one. If this is not possible right away, director will get the slide removed from the playground so the kids don't get hurt. If this is not immediately possible, director will block access to the slide with cardboard or posterboard, and assign an extra teacher to keep children off the slide when children are on the playground.
Description: Equipment- Equipment is not maintained in a safe condition preventing hazards, such as tipping over, splinters, loose parts, protrusions, and sharp edges.
