I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This place I wouldn't refer to no one Michelle does not care how she treats her employees nor how some employees talk to the children. They will yell at the children and scare them and cover their heads up with blankets and make them go to sleep. Puts them in time out or some teachers will aggressive hold your child down. By no way this should be a so called christian daycare where you think your child is safe. My kid was always saying they are mean until finally I got to the bottom. Michelle is hardly ever there and don't care with her camera system or not she will make sure if you ask to see the footage that she don't know how to check it or it didn't record no footage. All other daycare places allows pictures from teachers but Michelle has all employees place their phones in another room. She will lie right to your face to make you think she really cares about your child safety. Please parents listen and ask your child how their day is. Some teaches will TARGET certain kids and label them.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Since your staff was unable to give me an email address where I could reach you directly, I will post my concerns in the form of a review, in hopes that you will see it and address my concerns about the care given at your facility.
I am writing you in regards to our experience with your company. My son was in your facility's care from 12/28/20 to 1/15/21. I informed Mrs. Jacki on 1/15/21 that that would be his last day. I observed several concerning things while he was there and I want to make you aware of them.

First off, I would like to say that Mrs. Jacki and Mrs. Butler have always been great. They are very friendly and seem to care a lot about the children. Unfortunately, Miss. Emma (I believe that was her name), who seemed to spend the majority of the day with him, seemed to be the exact opposite. Whenever I greeted her or said thank you, after she handed me my son, she did not say a word. She instead turned away with a look of irritation on her face. It's okay if she is not friendly with me, as long as she is pleasant with the children. That did not seem to be the case.

On the day of Jan 12th, I observed an extremely upsetting incident. While I was sitting in the rocking chair feeding my son, a little girl was sitting at the table eating alone, not buckled into her booster seat. All of the teachers were busy with tasks or taking care of children. Miss. Emma, I believe, was at the counter past the changing station. I looked away for a moment and can only presume the little girl at the table stood up in her chair and turned around. The chair tipped back and she smacked her head face-first onto the ground. The poor child was screaming and crying. Miss. Emma walked over, picked up the child, and said something to the effect of 'this is why you shouldn't be standing up and moving around'. She held the child for a moment, no comforting words or soothing gestures, and then placed her in the play area with the other walking infants. The child was still crying. There was not even a look of caring or sympathy in Miss. Emma's face. If a staff member can't even muster up a bit of friendliness around a parent, I cannot even imagine how they behave when the children are alone. I understand accidents happen, but the child should have been buckled up if she cannot be watched because the staff are busy. I also may not have felt so appalled if the staff member used an ounce of kindness.

Unfortunately, that was not the only concerning thing that I observed that day. Two young babies were laying on their stomachs in their cribs with large fleece blankets covering up to their necks. I understand it is cold in the facility, but as I am sure you know, this is unsafe.
I also observed a sick staff member blowing their nose and not washing their hands and children putting their mouths on dirty toys. When I received my son back at the end of the day, he was extremely warm and did not seem himself. His eyelids were extremely droopy. After I arrived home, I took his temperature and it was 102.9F. If he was warm, his temperature should have been taken and I should have been notified to pick him up. After I informed the staff of the incident, when he returned on Friday, I was told that he did seem a little warm when he was dropped off. Although I do not believe he did, if that is the case why was his temperature not taken when he was brought in the morning. Ohio's childcare COVID guidelines state that a temperature check is mandatory upon arrival. He has been sick since starting there. He has never been sick until now. I understand that daycares are like Petri dishes, but better care should be taken to ensure staff maintains proper hygiene and toys are cleaned.

The last thing that I will say, is that there has not been a single day that I have picked him up that he did not have wet eyelashes from tears, dried tear streaks on his face, or was still huffing after being left to cry for a long period of time. I understand that he can be fussy and difficult at times but he shouldn't be that miserable there. He is extremely happy at his new daycare, so that tells me it is the staff.
