Description: Head Start is a federally funded Center Based Preschool Program that provides comprehensive services including education, health, nutrition, social services, and parent involvement, to income eligible children ages 0-5 and their families. Applications are accepted throughout the year. New students may begin anytime during the year when openings occur. Each child is assigned points according to the Eligibility Priority Grid. If the center is full, children will be placed on the wait-list until an opening occurs. A letter of acceptance will be mailed to the families.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
