They are absolutely awful. Any time a child is in trouble (even toddlers for small infractions), they just immediately call the parents to come get them. They have zero discipline as far as the actual daycare goes. The teachers feed into child drama and do not handle anything themselves.
Staff does not monitor kids closely. I know for a fact when it comes to incident reports they will write down anything. My child had what looked like a carpet burn under his nose that came from daycare and when asked about it no one knew what happened. They then tried to say well he fell in the sand at recess. Which it was very clear the sand didn’t do that.Ms Lanessa then writes up a whole incident report making up something after his teacher Ms. Ashley made it clear she had no idea. There was also an incident when my child came home again with a huge knot in his forehead. Once again no one knew what happened. I pulled up at the daycare while the kids were outside playing and just so happened I had my car window rolled down and heard Ms. Amber yelling in a mean voice to a child about a piece of paper. She grabbed the paper and took the little girl by the arm very rough and pulled her from under the slide. The little girl was able to walk from under the slide all by herself if she would have asked her to. Parents if your children are getting multiple incident reports PLEASE PLEASE ask to see the camera. Of course 1 year olds do hit and bite sometimes but I can assure you most of the incidents would occur in the bathroom where they have no camera, or they can’t find it on the video. Parent when you have free time just go up and ask to view the camera so you can see exactly what goes on behind closed door. Ashley and Amber do not treat the children how they would want someone to treat their own children. Now for the positive about the daycare. Ms Annie and Ms Toni and Brittny are awesome and really genuinely care for the children.
