On the first day my son went there and he came back with bruises on his forehead, cheeks and nose. Didn’t even bother to call and let us know. The whole day he looks like he’s been sedated. Not even a week but the first day. That was the first and last time there.
My son was badly hurt on the first first day. I have made a police report and rushed him straight to the hospital. I will never ever go back to this daycare and my son will forever be traumatized by this experience.
Please read!!! The employees that work here are con artist!! They come off like they are all professional & caring but meanwhile they are concealing the truth. If you’re sending your child to this daycare, you should get them checked up. My 1 yr old grandson went here for just one day and came back with multiple bruises on his face. Their explanation was inconsistent with how my grandson presented and even if it was a “rug burn” there is no way in hell that my grandson could do that to himself nor it be the result to the bruises on his face. They are disguising the truth and let’s not mention how my grandson was acting in pain as well as if he was given some type of sedative. He couldn’t even keep his head up & acted very groggy when my daughter went to pick him up after she got out of work. We asked for the video footage of the incident and was told that the cameras solely “show live feed and doesn’t record” so according to them there is no way for us to see what happened. Let alone, they didn’t even call my daughter when the incident occurred. Please parents I advise you, don’t bring your child to this daycare!!!! What’s done in the dark will come to the light!!!
