Where do I begin...worst experience ever. Let's start with, this woman is very unprofessional. I started off calling and wanted a tour, she was on vacation nd when she returned, she never returned my call (that was 1st red flag.).I went anyways, it took me 1 week to get a tour and paperwork
because either she wasn't there when she said she would be or she forgot to leave paperwork. I brought my daughter for 1 week nd removed her immediately because of the following. 1. She doesn't have enough staff. I once went during lunch to bring my daughter a blanket and the teacher had my daughter and 5 other kids, ALL BY HERSELF. Mind you they are all under 3yrs. When I asked why she was alone with 6 kids, she replied, "well we're hiring" and giggled. Even she as the owner, doesn't help out in the rooms when needed. She stays put in her office or she is out and about. 2. When I went to pick up my child, there would b someone different in the room nd original teacher would b gone, so Noone to tell me about her day. 3. Bathroom floors are slippery, like dangerously slippery. My daughter fell 3x. 4. The teacher failed to put a pull up on my daughter when it was nap time, so course she wet herself. 5. Kids were sick with fevers and they didn't remove them from other kids, which is probably why my daughter got sick 3 days after being there. I can go on and on about this place. I wish I had more time on my hands I would report her to the state. . I found a great day care around the corner that is 4 kids to a teacher and they're also able to tell you about your child's day when u pick them up. and i love that while children are asleep, they are sanitizing the room. New beginnings is a place of low standars and no professionalism. Never ever again. I should have also read previous reviews. There is a day care crisis and not enough providers. Just because your full doesn't mean your doing a great job. Keep your kids away.
Please whatever you do DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE worst place ever!!!! the place is not clean , and the people there are Rude to not only parents but children and on top it off the owner is not professional at all very rude!. It honestly doesn’t even deserve a one star
