First of all, this place treats their employees like complete garbage! They underpay and over work! I was hired with NO experience to take care of these children, which I do great, but no experience. Ashley M is also a joke! I got laid off in March due to COVID and now they’re emailing me, not calling me, emailing me, telling me “pick this location or were firing you. By the way, let us know by tomorrow.” One days notice? To decide if I want to work 35 minutes away, even though there is a location less than 15 min from me that I already told them I would go to. Half the employees smoke pot, right on the premises, and then go in to take care of other peoples children. I would NEVER recommend anyone work here Because it will just be a headache. You can tell who the favorites are as well because them employees get treated a lot better and get away with murder in there. We aren’t supposed to have our phones on person but they all do, especially the site directors. They sit in their office on their phone all day, talking to their significant other. This place is a wreck and even when I was working there, I would’ve never we sent my child there because how careless the staff and site directors are.First of all, this place treats their employees like complete garbage!
