About the Provider

Mountain CAP's Creative Beginnings Child Development Center is located in the Tennerton community. Our Child Development Center uses the Creative Curriculum which focuses strongly on how and what children learn, the learning environment, and the teacher and family roles in children's learning. Along with this curriculum, our certified staff plan weekly and monthly schedules of activities that include art, music, science, math, and language activities. The children follow a daily class schedule that provides both structure and stability. A nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack complete the day. The children are able to engage in learning opportunities throughout the day to stimulate learning through structured and free choice activities. Older children are also encouraged to participate in service learning activities to experience various life situations. The children are provided a safe and inviting atmosphere where they feel loved and cared for when they are away from their families.
