Room 121B their was Dawn Dish soap located bottom shelf of a cabinet accessible by children that states keep out of reach of children. Room 119 clorex wipes were in lower shelving accessible to children and states keep out of reach of children. Room 120A Lysol wipes were on back of toilet and state keep out of reach of children, outlet covers were missing on the west and north walls. Room 106 outlet covers missing on East and North walls Room 107 outlet cover missing on south wall and hand sanitzer on table says keep out of reach of children. Library outlet cover missing north wall and hand sanitizer on shelf accessible to children and states keep out of reach of children.
