I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My kids went to the day care for one full week, the director handed me a letter stated my kids could not come back after that day because of staffing , and my schedule and because my two yr old twins were not potties trained which all was discussed and confirmed prior to enrollment and submission. On top of that they took $50 for an administration fee and did not give it back , knowing that I would miss work because of not time to find replacement childcare therefore I missed money. This daycare and the "upper management " has no respect for trying to make a living by working , not to mention my kids belongings were balled up and thrown in a chair in the office awaiting my arrival. Worse day care ever !!
