Violation Observed: Ensure food from home is age appropriate. Ensure staff cut food into safe sizes where one named child had brown Brussel sprouts and another named child was served whole cherry tomatoes in room 2. Ensure that staff cut the food into pieces to eliminate possible choking hazards.
