Noncompliance Area: During the Renewal Inspection on 9/3/2020, it was discovered that Household Member #1 turned age 18 on 3/15/2002. The operator also reported that Adult Household Member #2-DOB-10/3/1994 moved into the residence during the previous month. Correction Required: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). All household members who reside in a Group Child Care Home that is located in residence for more than 30 days in a calendar year and are over the age of 18 must have all clearances on file that are required by the CPSL.
