A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. During today's visit I observed some children with untied shoes, they were not tied until I asked the teaching staff to tie their shoes.

Space 4 had a sunscreen on site that expired 11/22.

The indoor and/or outdoor premises was not checked once a day, prior to initial use, ensuring debris, and broken equipment was removed and disposed of. I observed broken plastic, torn paper and trash on the preschool playground today.

Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. Upon my arrival, one staff Space 12 was at the copier with four children. When she went back to her classroom, I went in to monitor the space and was told thirteen children were present, however there were fourteen children present. She and her co-worker had miscounted the children before she left the room to make copies for the classroom. Leaving her co-teacher with 10 two year old children, ratio is 1:9

The trained staff did not review the EPR Plan annually or when information in the plan changed to ensure all information was current. Three staff have not completed the annual review of the current EPR plan.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Lollipop is a good school but it’s mixed up cause you got nice teachers like ms Barnes and miss Vanessa but then you have mean teachers like ms chelli who acts very mean I think I should tell em how to do their job BE NICE TO ALL CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES IF A KID WAKES UP AND SAYS I DONT WANNA GO TO SCHOOL U DOING YO JOB WRONG
SCHOOL SHOULD BE FUN BUT THEY HAVE SQUELCHED THAT ????????????????????????????????????MY CHILD USED TO GO THERE BUT NOT ANYMORE CAUSE THEY ARE JUST THERE FOR A FREAKING PAYCHECK
