I have used this provider for less than 6 months
For many years I have heard good things about this center and since the location was ideal plus it’s Christian based I decided to enroll my child. Only to find out after about a month that the quality of care has declined more recently. The center is under staffed, they close abruptly leaving parents to scramble for childcare on many occasions. The are unorganized & advertise services they actually don’t provide. You are unable to randomly check on your child bc they’ve adapted a lockdown process which is promoted as good safety only it’s actually an inconvenience & is rather sneaky as if they have something to hide. The director uses religion to appear Godly but her behavior and condescending tone exhibits the opposite. Do not take a chance leaving tour child her. The place is like a wolf in sheeps clothing. Brenda Mullen needs reevaluate her attitude & learn how to better manage.
I’m surprised this place is still servicing children. They need to replace the director asap she isn’t a nice person at all and very mean spirited. I don’t think she likes children either.
Brenda Mullen the director is pure evil, my son was injured at this facility recently they told me he fell out of a high chair busted his lip and I cant understand for life of me how he fell out of a high chair if he was strapped in? the facility had been short staffed for awhile my son was only enrolled since September and after this incident I immediately pulled him out. I called police and dhs to get them involved especially since the coordinator was not accepting responsibility nor did she apologize at any time. instead she tried to make excuses including blaming my then 1 year old son for the fall. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE unless they revamp starting with a new director and fully staffing with qualified employees. If I could of given no stars I would have because I trusted them with my biggest blessing and they gave him back to me hurt. I pray Bethel gets this facility in line, I thought because it was apart of a church that it meant SAFE I no longer believe that.
