Director was unprofessional. Very poor communication with child's family. Lack of diversity. Lack of leadership. Staff is caring and competent.
Children were released back to parents dirty. Several childhood illnesses passed around. Food was sub standard. Director was very unprofessional. Parents are asked to provide items the facility should provide.
