This place was horrible. They always was scamming me for MORE MONEY!! I had stated and filled out all forms that I needed childcare til 6pm from the very first day I registered my child, I then received a phone call where I was lied to and told the center closes at 5:30pm daily. With traffic I was unable to get to the center by that time often and forced to pay a “Late Fee.” Then MONTHS after my child started the center I found out they do “aftercare” which was til 6pm and it was offered to parents like me who get home a little late. When I was upset about all the late fees I paid and brought it up I was told “I needed to state that I wanted my child to attend the aftercare til 6pm” the director and assistant director of the center were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND ARGUED WITH ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDNT READ THE OARENT HANDBOOK AND ASK FOR THE AFTERCARE, when in all actuality I filled out my child’s registration forms stating I needed childcare til that time & then lied to by both of them that they don’t offer anything passed 5:30pm. I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars! I withdrew my child from the program and now they are not giving me my info needed for financial purposes. This place is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
The Daycare My Kids Where Going To Before Was Terrible , I'm Glad I Found BCC Because My Boys Love It !!! & She Even Added Second Shift For Me To Help Me Out
