Critical: Professionalism
The teachers are lovely, but the director/owner is a royal witch. She does NOT care about your child's well being and health care. She does NOT care about your child having any personal issues. For example, my son is lactose intolerant and can NOT have regular milk or any milk at all. Instead of working with his needs and giving him what I provide for him that meet his needs, she rather go by the guide lines and give him milk which makes him very uncomfortable and causes him a great amount of pain. She told me she feels like she can't meet my needs for my child and wanted to terminate his child care instead. Again, teachers are great.
