How high is the concern for the safety of the children in this facility? Do you drug test your employees? Do you always allow employees to be under the influence to work at your facility? I know for a fact that your employee Heather Danner is a pot head and constantly smokes pot, even when she is on the clock looking after these children. The children in her care are at risk. And so is this facility.
