This place has literally been a total nightmare ! This Facility did not have the patience for my son even when I came in With 2 weeks In advance to explain the struggles I was having with my son . The owner was nice at first but once I handed her all the registration and tuition fee it went all down hill. I was recommend here by my sons speech therapist because she thought this would be a good school for him to start at since she travels to the school to give him speech therapy lessons . I was called on the first day of school at 2:30 mind you this is the first time my son had ever been in a larger group setting . The director called me with a extremely rude tone in Spanish and was speaking very fast so I did not understand everything she said so I asked to speak to the owner because I was not understanding once she put the owner on the line she was explaining that my son did not want to follow certain directions and basically wasn’t capable of handling him so they told me to come pick him up right away. 2 days go by with the bad behavior complaints he was then expelled on the 3rd day so I paid 345 in total for 3 days .When it was time to see the footage the owner declined all requests and would not allow me to see anything even with a bruise that my son came home to on his back . I signed a hippa form allowing my child to be on a “watch me grow app” (webcam app so I can see him in action )and when it came down to it I was never able to see with my own two eyes what my child was doing or how he was acting. The owner belittled me as a mother and basically said my son was not ready for her school and told me I needed to do better as a mother . This school literally broke me into pieces and now I am terrified to even put him in another establishment. As well as keep most of my child’s things like for example, pencils , scissors etc
