| All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. Outdoors there were several yellow scooters that were rusted and the paint was chipping. There was also some plastic toddler sized cars that had cracks in the side that may pinch the children's fingers. The surfacing on the playground is also worn and/or torn in several places leaving the ground exposed in the fall zones under the slides. There are also dips and bumps underneath the surfacing creating tripping hazards. | |||
