As soon as you point out issues with the care of your children the director will tell you to go somewhere else if you don't like how they do things. Even if those things are inappropriate and concerning. She holds grudges, picks favorites and speaks poorly of parents with her staff.
The director is disrespectful and very unprofessional. Speaks down to parents in front of children and staff. She wants to be in full control over everything and if she isn't she will act unprofessional and childish. The business has had extremely high turnover both with staff as well as children/parents. Intimidating staff and parents is obviously not working, and not acceptable!
This daycare get 0 stars! They is no ciriculum to prep kids for school. The director does not speak to parents, and the teachers are not easy on the kids. They tend to be sarcastic and rough. The directors grandson attends and there tend to be a lot of favoritism. When other children hurt the grandsons feeling, the parents are always approached by the director / grandmother. You would also want to think about the security of the non related kids in an emergency with so many teacher kids that attend. Conversation that are done with the director are always talked about with her friend teachers. This place is not safe, not educational, and not worth your money!
